Tonight was one of our only barometer games on the schedule and Riley laid a massive egg.
I'm not married to Riley, and he's not the best QB in the nation, but I think it's obvious he's the best we've got. Heaps in this game would have been three and out over and over and probably a 40 point loss.

Defense not quitting. Very nice to see. Our gimmicky offense is embarrassing.

Punting game catastrophes and turnovers cost BYU this game. At least BYU didn't give up like they did in the Utah game.

Riley made some stupid throws but the second INT off the tipped ball in the end zone the refs missed a pretty blatant pass interference, no?

Good thing Riley purposely underthrew him there.

Yes. Let me clarify...Heaps has proven that he needs a lot of work. I'm not saying he would have won tonight. I don't want to start that debate again.

I'm frustrated because we have two healthy QBs and our coaching staff cannot coach either one up over the course of a season.

katyLied...you were right about the coaching.

So, 50k in attendance and Jay Drew estimates 15k are BYU.

I would like to see a steady dose of James Lark over the next couple games.

BS, it doesn't make up for the pass. Thats CB talk

I'm glad the defender didn't give Riley the chance to put the ball up for grabs on that one.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Great improvement there from Riley! He took a sack!

And then he threw that wobbly crapper.

Seriously. Matthews was clear out of that play.

Riley is the best QB on this team unfortunately (at least within the context of what these coaches and the supporting cast have to offer).
