I am continually amazed at the number of coaching lapses we have from year to year. Even in years where we are winning 10 games we have major coaching gaffes.

I have zero faith in our coaching staff's ability to evaluate talent. Our best back was playing linebacker this year. Our worst player starts at free safety. Our players crumble like a deck of cards at the first sign of a decent team these days. Our special teams are consistently suspect.

Perhaps the real question from the early Bronco years is why we never managed to win those other two games. And maybe we have the answer.
