Win? There's not even a contest. His is one of the five premier teams in college football. The NCAA had to disable SC for there to be any competition in the conference at all.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostHis teams are in shambles, let him think he is winning this one.

I didn't realize that Southern Cal has been dismantled for 3 years by the NCAA already. So they get their scholies and bowl games back this year!Originally posted by Babs View PostWin? Premier can be a subjective term. Most wins is more objective.Originally posted by Babs View PostWin? There's not even a contest. His is one of the five premier teams in college football.
1. Michigan: 877-304-38
2. Texas: 845-321-34

OU will be joining the 800 win-club this season. USC is still 3-4 years away.“Not the victory but the action. Not the goal but the game. In the deed the glory.”

So Oklahoma was glad to see Nebraska move into the B10. I mean no more being 3rd fiddle, get to move up to second!Originally posted by Paperback Writer View PostPremier can be a subjective term. Most wins is more objective.

If the OL can gel & Fat QB shows any inkling of consistency, the offense has a chance to make some noise. We're hurting if Fat QB goes down; he's got a redshirt frosh & true frosh as his backup. I love the skill guys that are in the program; the RBs needs someone to step up, but I'm looking forward to the season. Goat Boy needs to excel @ playcalling this year, he's had his grace period, if he bombs, he needs to give up the clipboard.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostReceivers are stacked...Robert Woods, George Farmer, Marquise Lee, Kyle Prater, Butler, Ambles, Carswell, Flournoy....
Where is Sipi today? Need that dude online to commiserate.
Old Man Kiff has all the pressure on him this year. Daddy or not, if the D flames out this year, he'll be unemployed in November. I'm glad to see them come to their senses and put Kennard back where he belongs. Kennard & Perry coming off the edges, should make life rough for conference OL & QB. I like the depth of the DL, Uko will be the next great DT, the secondary should be better, they can't get any worse. My only concern is at MLB. Galippo is injury prone and can't get off a block to save his life. It's a stretch, but I hope the frosh from Kentucky can come in a pull off a Chris Clairborne and impress in camp.
The Ducks look to be the class of the PAC, we'll see how the farm looks post Harbaugh. I'm thinking Oregon vs ASU in the championship due to Lamar Griffin's stepson.

That could be an uncomfortable situation at Thanksgiving dinner if the D flames out.Originally posted by SipiTau View PostIf the OL can gel & Fat QB shows any inkling of consistency, the offense has a chance to make some noise. SC has tons of talent at the skill position right now and they are all young. That is a scary thought when your team has to play them every year."Take it to the Bank"

I still don't understand why he brought his old man. The USC defense was in trouble from the Hawaii game, luckily they had an accidental helmet to helmet that caused the Hawaii QB to leave the game or that might have ended badly.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostThat could be an uncomfortable situation at Thanksgiving dinner if the D flames out.

I like the potential from the skill guys, the question is, can the OL get a decent push or protect Fat QB? Pete really slacked off in recruiting the trenches his last three years. I like what Kiffin has done with his last two classes, but we're still lacking in OL/DL depth. At least we'll have a game to prep for the Ute's DL. I'm not sure if SC will come across a more physical DL next season.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostThat could be an uncomfortable situation at Thanksgiving dinner if the D flames out.
