1. No 27 month waiting period for exit
2. Guaranteed AQ status after 2013
3. Keep ESPN/BYUtv deal
4. Basketball agreement and not just with BSU, SMU, AFA and UCF



Of those, I bet BYU could negotiate number 4 and partially number 3 (the BYUtv portion)

• Future AQ not guaranteed (how could it be?), but no penalty to leave if status is lost
• Keep 90% of ESPN BYUtv deal
• Basketball agreement with major Bball teams, but not as significant as you'd like

I don't know that they haven't. I just can't see the BE giving BYU no waiting exit clause and it is impossible to guarantee AQ status. I don't want to have to sweat that come next year.

I say no. I negotiate the hell out of the BBall deal. And the Big East tells UCONN, LVille, and Cincy, deal with it, FB brings your more revenues than BB. And they tell Georgetown, Nova, St John's deal with it, having a viable football conference is worth the trouble.
