    Better than the MWC

Orlando would be fun for the family, Houston and Dallas are nice cities. NYC is great. Boyzee is, well, nevermind there.

      I'm working myself up here.

The Big East really has very little to sell BYU on except to improve it's BB situation.

The football move is pretty lateral from independence.

The basketball has the potential to be very good.

Get it done Holmoe. Minimum five games per year. All home and homes. A couple late in the season. ONLY against the BB powers. SMU, South Florida don't count.

I thought the move was for football only. Has this changed?

I guess I don't understand what College football roadies are about.

Rumors that an OOC BB scheduling arrangement would be part of the deal. i might be getting ahead of myself. But I would push hard on that side of it, and walk away unless it was a good deal. I think it's reasonable because Big East is desperate to make this happen.

Well, in Houston at least you'd have a place to crash and/or seek refuge from the Third Ward (where UH is).

Yeah, I don't think the destinations are awful on average. Just the teams aren't anything to get excited about.

Back to stadium size briefly. The bottom half of the proposed conference is pretty small time, but the upper half isn't that bad. The PAC has 4 schools at or under 50,000, with three more between 50k and 56k. A 50k seat stadium isn't bad for CFB. Not everywhere can be the SEC or the Big Ten. What matters much more than stadium size is attendence.

Unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me that Coach reports the attendance is poor.

A shit sandwich with bacon will still taste like shit, no matter how much bacon you put on it.

Good thing is, the shit/bacon sandwich doesn't work anyways. Instead, I think it's like ordering prime rib (Big 12) and getting barbecued chicken (Big East). You're pissed that they messed up your order, but it's still a lot better than the bologna sandwich (MWC) or meatball sub (Indy) you've been eating.

Don't diss Boise! Although admittedly I really like Boise as a nice place, it's not a sports town though.

No, the shit sandwich with bacon is much more appropriate.

I'm on board, given the basketball requirements.

We sign a deal with a shitty basketball arrangement, ending up with four games two of them Central Florida and Rutgers, and they're all in December, and I WILL GO NUTS. Goat's the first one I'm coming after!
