That was interesting in light of Utah going to the Pac 12 and being ranked well enough at the time that if they won out the Rose Bowl seemed very likely. I would have to look at the schedules of those other two to see.

            My primary purpose of the post was to say "hey look, the Rose Bowl is the non-AQ bowl this year and Utah could be there if is does A, B and C." I'm glad that tickles your funny bone but I can't fathom why.
            The follow-up question was more funny than the original question. I don't know if the humor was intentional or not, but if you can't see why it was funny, it's not worth my time to try to explain it.

                You know, come to think of it, had Utah not lost all those games this season, it just might have played in the Rose Bowl.

                  On the plus side Utah will definitely play in the Rose Bowl in the next two years (referring to the stadium). Playing in the Rose Bowl game I'm guessing I'll have to wait a little longer.
