Yeah which schools. OC at a BCS school would triple his salary and put him in position for a head coaching job. I don't see him turning that down.

I don't believe this. I do know he has been offered QB coach positions at BCS schools but turned them down because he thinks he is close to the OC position at the Y.

I just heard from inside the Athletic Department that Anae's job is not as secured as I would have believed. There is more than a little belief that his hubris caused him to back Nelson over Heaps (the better to show that he could adapt his system to any skill set). There is also a frustration with the way the players are pulling away from him and don't trust him anymore. The discussion though is not to pull in a new OC from outside the program but to try and develop an OC internally. Basically, the idea is to have Reynolds school young Doman and they will be Co-Offensive Coordinators. This would not be a dramatic change in the offense other than a movement away from some of the wide splits and TT formations toward narrower splits, more running to set up the pass and "Pro-Style" formations. This is not to say this is what will happen, just to relate that the fan dislike for Anae is echoed in some of the AD staff's opinions.

I think it is more likely, given my conversations with people, that Reynolds gets the job and Doman squires for him than that Doman gets the job. I think we could really get a benefit from our two best offensive recruiters working together to implement schemes for the talent they pick up.

Just as long as Doman has enough responsibility that he wants to stay at BYU. I am worried about him leaving, but not too worried about Reynolds leaving.

B Doman did tire flip, rope flip and other brutal drills alongside players Tuesday. He won many hearts for the effort in intense practice.

As soon as we dump the wide splits and the TT formations, we will double the allowed sacks and the holding calls.

I think we may need to keep our running backs and tight ends in longer and make other concessions to the pass rush but I also think we would be better able to run out of the same formations we pass out of. Ever since Anae arrived, everyone knows I'm an Anae fan, we have had trouble running out of the wide splits/shotgun stuff and we have had trouble passing out of the I formation.
