How many plays has he played? I haven't even noticed him though I made an effort to look for him.

KVN posted on FB that he was humbled and ready to put in the work.

Someone should post that on CB so all those who said "don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out", can now praise him for repenting and doing good. Everyone loves someone who has seen the error of their ways and have repented. Not so much while they are struggling, but open arms when they have cleansed themselves.

If he grades out 2nd round or higher he is good as gone. Frankly, if he is a lock for the 3rd round or higher I can't see any reason he would or should come back.

It's a good thing KVN got on a hot streak against SJSU and NMSU otherwise he'd still be 10th on the team in tackles. At least he's in the top 6 now.

KVN needs to improve his run defense significantly. He's a situational LB. Maybe someone takes a flyer on developing him as a safety in the NFL.

A lot might depend on the strength of the draft class at the position. If its a week class as a junior with a projected strong senior class it can be advantageous to go early. But there's also a chance that a projected 3rd rounder becomes a first rounder by playing his senior year. I agree that if someone is projected in the first two rounds, he should go early.
