How many plays has he played? I haven't even noticed him though I made an effort to look for him.

        Yes, you are correct.

I'm pretty sure the most recent edition of the DSM has a new entry created purely due to the existence of MikeWaters.

Holy cow, what a depressing thread and board CG has become. I found the answer to Santo's chat dilemma, just start threads on CG to talk with your wife. As long as you don't mind two (middle-aged?) guys reading your chats no one else will ever bother you.

Someone should post that on CB so all those who said "don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out", can now praise him for repenting and doing good. Everyone loves someone who has seen the error of their ways and have repented. Not so much while they are struggling, but open arms when they have cleansed themselves.

If KVN is really rating this high then he is leaving.

                38. Kyle Van Noy, OLB, BYU: Athletic, explosive and natural playmaker (18.5 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks), Van Noy is quite possibly the nation's most underrated prospect... until now.
I think all of the attention that Ziggy is getting will benefit KVN quite a bit. He's going to get a lot of looks he likely wouldn't have otherwise and he's going to impress folks with his play and production.

Thanks KVN. You're one of my all-time favorites.

It just makes me sick that BYU is suck a clusterfuck on the offensive side of the ball.

                    He should.

There's so few stories of guys coming back and improving on things. They usually get hurt or don't play quite as well as they're expected.

If he grades out 2nd round or higher he is good as gone. Frankly, if he is a lock for the 3rd round or higher I can't see any reason he would or should come back.

It's a good thing KVN got on a hot streak against SJSU and NMSU otherwise he'd still be 10th on the team in tackles. At least he's in the top 6 now.

KVN needs to improve his run defense significantly. He's a situational LB. Maybe someone takes a flyer on developing him as a safety in the NFL.

41% of Van Noy tackles this season have been for a loss. Amazing.

If he had more tackles it would be even more amazing.

You don't think teams avoided going to the side of the best BYU defender?

A lot might depend on the strength of the draft class at the position. If its a week class as a junior with a projected strong senior class it can be advantageous to go early. But there's also a chance that a projected 3rd rounder becomes a first rounder by playing his senior year. I agree that if someone is projected in the first two rounds, he should go early.
