I didn't hear any of this game at all this afternoon. What the heck happened?

On 2nd thought, I suppose I could read through this thread to get an idea. Never mind.

But I do need to ask... was it as bad as the score indicated?

I already stated this earlier, but I think it's very possible this was Anae teaching Bronco a lesson and maybe giving him a bit of an FU.

Hmm... So is Bronco the head coach or just another spectator? It seems he would be involved in some way with a decision like that.

Goat is always a voice of reason. No idea what you are thinking there.

Viking seems to have a pretty optimistic approach to BYU sports.

What SU post did I miss?

Well Hot Lunch knows more about the team and he says it was Bronco's decision, so Bronco is obviously a liar.

Maybe Bronco wants to sit in on a defensive meeting or two this year. He said he has been completely hands off defensively.

I guarantee he says Air Force ran some stuff they were not ready for. For example the Power I option.

Usually you have one guy on the QB, and one guy on the pitch man. With the Power I you have that extra blocker so it was basically 4 on 2 for air force, with 2 guys to block 2 and the qb and pitch man. Even if you miss a block you can pitch the ball, that is why AF got the corner every single time. We were not ready for it and looked like we had never seen it before.

Occam's razor, if you had a liberal arts education instead of taking engineering classes you'd have the critical thinking to know what that means.

AFA outplayed us today. We would have lost even if the receivers had held onto the ball and we didn't fumble so much. However, we still left points out there. Chambers dropping TD passes and Diluigi fumbling right before the TD.

Soonercoug, you are a penis wrinkle. If you think Bronco didn't play into the decision on who took the snaps in the second half you are clueless about football and what is going on.

If it was Anae's decision to go exclusively with Nelson in the 2nd half, then I'm feeling pretty good about the fact that Riley's days as starting QB are almost over. A part of me was worried that it was Bronco's decision and he was now more committed than ever to Riley as the starter.
