I'd kind of forgotten that we have a new TE coach. This could be great.

That dude has a lot of experience coaching NFL TEs. Agreed, could be great.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I was happy with BYU's performance in their first year in the Big 12 and hope they have similar results in year 2.

          Players entering portal today:

Chaz ah you (still has eligibility??)
Ryder Burton (QB room is brutally bad)
Danny Saili (stud JUCO transfer on DL that was supposed to be a contributor)

Saili hurts. BYU is set for another 5-7 year. QB room terrible. No real pass rush threat. OOC at Wyoming and at SMU. I just don't see enough wins for bowl eligibility.

I have no faith in the head coach or OC.

I guess I still think that BYU is going to win all their games unless the refs/opponents cheat and they'll be #1 forever at least in my heart they will.

ESPN ranked QBs into 20 Tiers for the upcoming year.

BYU is in Tier 16, titled "Hello darkness, my old friend (14 players)"
Arizona State: Jeff Sims, Trenton Bourguet, Sam Leavitt
                    BYU: Gerry Bohanon, Jake Retzlaff
Northwestern: Jack Lausch, Ryan Hilinski, Mike Wright
                    Rutgers: Athan Kaliakmanis
Stanford: Ashton Daniels, Justin Lamson, Elijah Brown
Washington State: John Mateer, Zevi Eckhaus

This was the comment RE: BYU:
                    • This will be Bohanon's seventh year in college football. He has thrown more than six touchdowns in just one of them.

I wouldn't be surprised to see McCae Hillstead as the starter by the end of the season. Maybe Retzlaff has figured things out and settled down. Maybe Bohanon stays healthy and turns into a guy. But if I were betting on one of those three, Hillstead would be my call.

16th is better than I would have predicted!
