2024 BYU Football - Year 2 in the Big 12

Yeah, it's hard not to. This is one of the great BYU football teams over the years like 1996, 2001, or 2007. It will be fun to look back on this team's accomplishments for years to come. But so close to doing so much more.

And none of those teams did it against a schedule like this one played.

The 2024 season was a great success IMO. After seeing how good the team looked in the Alamo Bowl against a top 25 team after a few weeks of recovery and extended preparation, though, I do find myself wondering how they would’ve fared if they’d won the conference and made the playoff.

I think the recovery and prep was huge. The BYU team that showed up against Houston wouldn't have beaten ASU the next week.

I haven't even seen anything that I'd call "smoke." Just a bunch of BYU fans that really wish he'd transfer.

He will transfer when Scalley gets a new job at a different school in the next few weeks and the portal reopens.

I don't think that's happening. The other day there was a bunch of smoke about him transferring. Then I saw Will at Harmons the next morning completely decked out in Utah gear.
