You must be grateful the Sullivan case allows the uninformed to write things that most would deem libelous.
Thanks for clearing this up. I will be more careful in the future in assuming SU wouldn't say the things he does if they weren't true.

If you had any idea how little he had slept in the three weeks prior to that presser, you'd be even more willing to give him a pass.

Yeah, Coach. Like you have any idea.

The truth is that but for his BYU/LDS connections those sanctions would have blighted him enough that he'd not found another job in college football.

Lol. What in the Hell does that have to do with your comments about Holmoe?

I like Holmoe, when I stopped giving to the Cougar Club every year he called me and we talked for about 45 minutes. He asked me if the CC President called me and asked would I give them one more chance? I told Holmoe that because of the impression he had made with me that I would, I got a call from the CC about 4 months later it was Mike Middleton and he said "I'm just calling to check in, I'm really busy today but I'll call you later. Have a good day." That was the last time I heard from anyone, that was in 2007.

LOL! Keep digging that hole, SU. You'll get there eventually. Most people would just say...'oops, I thought it directly involved Holmoe, my mistake'. But not you. It's ok, I understand that it's not in your nature to concede that you made an obvious if not somewhat embarrassing mistake.

It's beyond me how Tom can be as responsive as he is to rank and file BYU fans, let alone CC members. The guy has to be working 100 hour weeks.

FWIW Dr. Hill has always responded promptly whenever I have emailed him (twice) and I am as rank and file as it gets.

I think BYU could promote the idea that they know how to roll out this kind of media and perhaps even share some of the technology and resources. All BYU vs. Big 12 teams could be shown on BYU's TV network.

Nice bullshit response, an embarrassingly weak attempt at recovering from your libelous "he's dishonest" accusation. Writers with integrity would acknowledge they were wrong, apologize, and move on; but when it comes to BYU, you are pathologically incapable of such a response.

Moving on to your new accusation, it's not news. As soon as Tom learned of the wrongdoing in Cal's academics office, he accepted full responsibility for their screw-up. Although few Cal fans, if any, would want Tom back as a head coach (a job he didn't seek and for which I suspect even he would acknowledge he was unqualified), no one impugns his character or decency as a human being and administrator.

I wonder what motivation that professor had to issue fake credits and grades, and put his whole career at risk. I wonder if he said it was all his doing and fault. Just wondering, that's all.

Good hell, SU. Do the prudent thing and just lie on the canvas this time.
