My bad. I thought I heard that. Maybe it was SU. I get them mixed up.

Pickens should help OSU and OU get the 'Okie Network' off the ground.

UT should should offer their partnership to A&M on their network again. UT and A&M sports (even a few games from Tech now and then) would make a great network.

      • I really hope UT and OU will just slow down a little bit. Let aTm go. Let Mizzou go. Now, everyone else that is left is completely dependent and therefore committed to the Big 12. Bring in WVU, BYU, Louisville and one more (USAFA maybe?) and you will have a stable conference that will be very competitive in both football and basketball…but OU and UT are still the big dogs. TV gains new, solid markets and there will be stability with this group. Keep OU and UT in the same division. The winner of their game will have a fast track to the conference championship in Dallas for a chance at an at-large BCS bid. The loser is in prime position for an at-large bid every single year. What’s not to love? It’s way better than playing games on the west coast that start at 9p for your fans back home. It also keeps Boone T. Pickens and his wallet happy.

        • If the BIG 12 stays together with OU and UT as the anchors, from a competitive view in the two big sports, FB and BB the PAC12 will be stymied.

As a BB conference the PAC12 won't even be in their league. FB wise the BIG12 will be the superior conference year in and year out.

Besides that, where will the PAC12 grow. SDSU, UNLV, San Jose St. Hawaii. The BIG12 will still have options.

Take heart Utes, I am not dissing you. Unles there is some kind of mentality change in Provo, you will continue to beat us the majority of the times on the field.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if TAMU doesn't go anywhere. I don't read People magazine, and I don't care to be distracted by this tawdry soap opera. I'm not interested any more (I never much was). It's all a big manipulation. These people despise one another but can't live apart, I guarantee it. They're not interesting.
I guess that means you'll stop posting in this thread now? Sweet.

I never was a big fan of "Dallas" but I've set foot in JR's bedroom at Southfork Ranch and could give SU a tour. We could discuss how Texas Tech is not academically acceptable for the ACC but the PAC-12 is willing to take the Red Raiders from the metropolis that is Lubbock.

The administrators want the B1G while the athletic department wants the SEC/Big 12. It's a virtual civil war.

The athletic department will likely win out since the administrators will need a Big 10 invite first, and it didn't come last year even with all their begging.

If OU stays, they want Beebe gone. This is something I can agree with!
