From what I understand they Hate the LHN. So, when a big 12 game is shown on the LNH, they want that game to be ERS and of course still want a commitment from Texas and ESPN to limit the content shown.

I think SEC would take them but only if they blow up the Big 12 on the way out. Of course, that is the only way they can get out of the exit fee as well. Most likely they not going anywhere. Only if Texas and OU leaves does the Big 12 blow up.
