With Baylor and ISU being sue happy toward any conference that has interest in poaching a Big 12 team it seems like this conference might prove to be one of the most stable ones right now.

I think it really depends if the conference reaches out to the school or the school reaches out to the conference first. aTm may have to wait a year or so before trying to bolt again because I am guessing the SEC reached out to them first.
