    Also on the agenda is the possible selection of a new A&M System chancellor. Jay Kimbrough has been filling the role following the departure earlier this summer by Mike McKinney. Former comptroller John Sharp has been rumored to be a finalist for the job.

      Now TAMU will leave the Big12.

      Then, they will apply to the SEC for admission (already knowing the SEC will invite them. That was the reason for the SEC meeting yesterday.)

      The SEC, now that conditions have changed (as they said in their statement) will admit TAMU.

      Let the roller coaster begin!

                      At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

                        I guess I do think so. (see my post below.) Seems like an obvious choice to me, assuming issues like Sunday play can be worked out, and everyone seems to think they can.

                            If that wasn't an option, they wouldn't have had the vote today and it certainly wouldn't have been a unanimous yes.
