I like that they're looking at this, but the best thing they could do is broadcasting the ref comms feed during instant replay. The XFL did it this season and I think it's really cool.

Utah fan reaction to that tweet are pretty predictable:
1) You can't believe anything Dodd says (even though the CU AD's quote pretty much proves he is right)
