As long as Greg Flugaur is not living in sin with or married to owner of said D, the kids are g to g.

Wrong! He knows someone at the Big Ten. He calls him BTM (Big Ten Man).

untrue. If, at any point in the past, Greg Flugaur was living in sin with or married to the D owner (s'ing the d goes without saying), the kids are in mortal peril, even if Greg is no longer living with, married to, or s'ing currently.

Ok, I could be wrong, but my understanding was that his source is a U. of Minnesota athletic dept. dude who knows what the Big 10 knows about Big 12 expansion. But even if it is someone who works within the Big 10 it still makes me question how they would know everything that a completely different conference is going to do. It's not like these P5 conferences trust each other. Obviously they don't when they have to write contracts with their own members granting their TV rights for eternity to make it harder for a rival conference to raid them. So yeah, they're going to leak their information about expansion plans to another league? Logic would say they'd be more likely to leak fake information.

Yeah, I imagine the B12 makes a habit of sharing their inner discussions with other conferences.

S'ing a D alone does not preclude baptism of the D S'er's children. Only children of a parent who "has lived or is living in a same-gender relationship" ("whether the couple is married or cohabiting") are affected by the new policy. So I still say that Greg Flugaur's kids can be baptized, even after Greg Flugaur has played the Zampoña of other men.

I completely agree. Greg's history of prior d s'ing would have relatively little or no bearing on whether his children today could be baptized, which is why I said that it "goes without saying." I understand now the ambiguity of what I typed. Your prior counsel is still incorrect in that Greg would not currently have to be cohabitating or in a same gender marriage. Yes, Greg could, if he so chose, s as many Ds as he wants (not legally if there were no consent). However, Greg's kids would not be g to g if Greg had, at any time in the past, cohabitated or entered into a same gender marriage. that is all i am saying.

especially when the inner discussions are so openly and immediately shared on social media.
