Just wait until you find a website devoted to BYU athletics and scouting!Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostI may hate scouting more than SeattleUte hates the LDS Church.
Both are forms of self-loathing, obviously, although I seem to deal with hatred of scouting better than he deals with his hatred of the Mormon Church.

I keep coming back for a glimmer of hope... and now all I want is an explanation of what has happened. Hasn't BYU been quiet long enough? I used to wake up every morning, go to Cougarfan and read all the BYU news possible, then get to work. Now I come here, get punched in the crotch, and then check back on google, CUF, and CB every 10 minutes like a heroin addict in need of a fix.
I really just need a period at the end of the sentence, and something that doesn't end with "stay tuned" (man, I wanna kick Chip Brown in the throat some times). My BYU attachment and this talk of something that, I thought, all BYU fans have wanted since we got snubbed in '96 has made me violent... and I'm scared I'm going to break my streak of being the only member of my family (including my parents) who hasn't gone to jail for assault... and that's my morning vent.

You obviously forgot the fast offerings story.Originally posted by SoonerCoug View PostSeattleUte is full of love. He drinks wine and goes to the ballet. I watched the BSu game through the first quarter. It was a blowout by then, so I turned it off. A cfb fan will watch a good close game all the way. A blowout is typically only finished if you have a rooting interest in either team.Originally posted by Tone Loc View PostAm I crazy to think that those numbers show pretty well for BYU? Here you have a top 5 team and one that everyone is keeping an eye on to see if they are for real, a media darling because of their recent success against two scrub teams like BYU and USU.

Me too. Part of me wishes I could have stopped being a cougar fan when I stopped believing. I tried not caring for a while, but the fandom just wouldn't die and I couldn't stop checking in on the cougars. So I figured why fight it? But with this big 12 talk its like I'm addicted to more info...Originally posted by PolyCougar View PostI keep coming back for a glimmer of hope... and now all I want is an explanation of what has happened. True man... BYU football is a religion of it's own, full of ups and downs, members you love or can't stand, and a constant hope that things will be better in the future. And we can't leave because cheering for such a hated team makes beating the haters feel better than almost any drug Mexico can sneak in here.Originally posted by atheistcougar View PostMe too. TCU's revenue share.
A source within TCU's athletic department said TCU will gradually slide into the conference's revenue-sharing structure over the next four years. TCU will earn 50 percent of the normal $17 million payout in the 2012-13 academic year, 67 percent in 2013-14, 84 percent in 2014-15, and 100 percent in 2015-16."Be a philosopher.
