I've read a couple of tweets lately (one from Trevor Matich) that the Big-12 will appeal to the P5 board (or maybe NCAA? not clear who they "appeal to") to allow them a conference championship game with only 10 teams. I guess the top two teams play for the championship at the end of the regular season. So there would obviously be a rematch. Sneaky way to stay at 10 but play a championship game.

I bet the PAC will be real happy that they had to bring on Utah to get a CCG, if they give them an exception.Originally posted by USUC View PostI've read a couple of tweets lately (one from Trevor Matich) that the Big-12 will appeal to the P5 board (or maybe NCAA? not clear who they "appeal to") to allow them a conference championship game with only 10 teams. No grumbling from Washington St. fans!Originally posted by Applejack View PostYou are probably right. I've heard lots of grumbling about Utah being in the conference this year from UCLA, USC, and Stanford fans."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

If you guys could only see yourselves the way we see you. Stanford has people who attended school there that care about football?Originally posted by Applejack View PostYou are probably right. Yeah, especially when the other 4 conferences are using the CCG as ammo in the playoff discussion.Originally posted by Flystripper View PostWon't happen. It's been begged for in the past and I don't see the other conferences that expanded getting on board with that.Get confident, stupid

You and your pathetic, obsessive hatred for Utah are no indication of how others see us. Why does't BYU get a clue about what the Big 12's lack of interest in BYU says about how others regard BYU? I've been telling you for years that all you need to do is expunge your manifold hatreds and maybe you'll get an invitation to one of the major conferences.Originally posted by The_Douger View PostIf you guys could only see yourselves the way we see you. One of your best posts ever is when you said you wear the BYU shirts that might be mistaken for Yale.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostA few seasons ago BYU sold game day shirts that read, "I am BYU."
i didnt care for that shirt and didn't buy one. When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

This is the Big 12's way of saying that there isn't any good options for expansion, so let us have a title game.Originally posted by USUC View PostI've read a couple of tweets lately (one from Trevor Matich) that the Big-12 will appeal to the P5 board (or maybe NCAA? not clear who they "appeal to") to allow them a conference championship game with only 10 teams.
