The Big 12 expansion groundswell

What do we have scheduled for November 2013 and 2014? As of now, I thought we only had @Notre Dame in 2013 and home vs. Southern Miss in 2014. It seems that Holmoe is side-stepping the November issue by referencing the overall strength of the Sep-Oct schedule. He also doesn't address the home vs away issue of some of these good teams we are scheduling.

Unfortunately, I think TH considers any team that we have never played before, especially if it's a road or neutral game, as "interesting". So, for him a matchup with any CUSA team should be awesome for November and BYU fans.

He's probably counting Boise State, which we play the last week in Oct both years.

I agree that he is probably doing that, which is why I believe he was side-stepping the issue. Who knows, though.

Give up on Swaim. He knows nothing. He just regurgitates the popular opinion, but usually months after the fact.

Someone should go plot his BYU tweets on a timeline. I have a sneaky suspicion they would show a very regular pattern - say every two weeks to keep people tuning in and maybe every month switch sides saying BYU is in or out.

I'm a little surprised so many fans are still clinging on to the idea of a Big-12 invite. I think BYU's chances fell close to zero with the inclusion of WVU. If expansion happens its going east. I haven't heard anything from a Big-12 AD that leads me to believe any of the Big-12 schools are pushing for BYU. I've come to terms with independence. It may very well be a slow sinking ship for BYU, but there are no better options right now.

Who is BlueBrotha? Just from reading that post alone I don't think I personally would care too much what his opinion is.

Will I be missing something? Does he have a good track record? The attendance, prestige, fan base, stadium smack was good though. Totally made me forget about who Utah has coming to their stadium and that we got beat, can't remember the score, by Utah last year.
