Sweet. BYU to the PAC!!!!Originally posted by doctorcoug View PostFrom a very well connected source:
Because of the dissolution of the big east BYU has something really cool cooking.
I'm predicting that BYU and Utah play in November again, in a manner the PAC XX will be happy with. Also, I predict a true annual rivalry with the fighting Irish, the true holy war.
Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Big 12 is 10000x times better than BYUs position. And that is not disputable. Neither is the fact that we just got denied. Again.Originally posted by Viking View PostI have paid a bribe to Clueless sufficient to return but only for one post a month.

Pearls before swine, but I digress.
I'm not concerned. The B12 is getting one shot at BYU before something pretty cool might happen.
BYU is in a far better position than most really understand.
Later, folks.

That's right. And if any of these conferences are going to get the Irish, they are going to have to give BYU whatever it wants first. Makes sense to me.Originally posted by doctorcoug View PostThere is one more purebred left in college football and that is the prize. Everybody wants them.

I would listen to every word this man types. When he talks, you people need to read and trully understand the picture he is trying to spell out for you! His words are like a painting that has many, many faces in many, many directions.Originally posted by Viking View PostI have paid a bribe to Clueless sufficient to return but only for one post a month.

If it doesn't come to pass, it is likely because of Tom Holmoe or Elder Bednar!
You do realize the serious threats of those adled old men thinking God talks to them???
I am convinced that Viking knows people who trully know people. At this point his inside sources are impeccable!
To think BYU threw away its birthright for a bowl of gruel...I HOPE YOU FOLKS WITH BYUTV ENJOY YOUR GRUEL EVERY NIGHT AT 9:00!!!
But those people with superimportant ecclesiastical duties during Saturday will be able to enjoy a re-broadcast of BYU vs Northwest Nazerene every Saturday night! WE ARE DOOMED!Do Your Damnedest In An Ostentatious Manner All The Time!

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

Because of common experiences in support of Prop 8, Norte Dame and BYU are now joined in pursuit of an "alliance of independents". This will include the service academies in a scheduling alliance giving each team 4 games with fellow independents. 4 other "regional" games will be left up to the individual members, and the final 4 games will be scheduled with the super conferences as a " conference exchange"
