Hair Thompson is actively working to secure a champ game between the MWC and CUSA for the Big East or Big 12 BCS auto qualification. He is trying to get TCU to stay and needs one more for football to have 12 in each conference.

Honestly I think the mtn is going to be the reason the mwc is going to be in a better position than any of the other leftovers including the big east. Now that distribution is such that anyone anywhere can get the games easily it bodes well for the conference. MWC games are either on Versus, CBS CS or the Mtn.
