Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I seriously have not made up my mind yet. I do have a game plan.Originally posted by Applejack View PostYou are one of the most consistently funny guys on this site. Your schtick about how you might not vote for Trump kills me everytime.
If I am dang sure repubs get the congress, I vote for McMullin.
If I question whether they get congress, I vote for Trump. I have been pretty consistent in saying that.
The basket of deplorables pushed me even more in that direction. I personally think the Trump haters are as goofy and messed up (their opinions) as those who are avid Trump supporters.
There are many on the left I would equate to people like Hannity, Rush, Annie Coulter and that ilk.Last edited by byu71; 09-22-2016, 01:16 PM.

I am just referring to what some on the board were saying about Utah's vote in earlier discussions. If it isn't in play, then I have another out and reason I can vote for McMullin.Originally posted by BlueK View PostMaybe. I guess that's possible if the McMullin vote is being severely under-represented in the latest polls.

It's hard to say for sure. This is the most recent poll I've seen, from a couple weeks ago. There were polls from a few months ago that showed it was tight in Utah. But the more recent ones show Trump comfortably 15 points ahead. The interesting thing is the unusually high support these show for third party candidates. Historically as voters actually get in the booth the third party candidates usually under-perform as voters kind of scare themselves into voting major party. With a 15 point lead Trump still has enough of a cushion even if most of the Johnson and McMullin people were to break for Hillary.Originally posted by byu71 View PostI am just referring to what some on the board were saying about Utah's vote in earlier discussions. Trump: 39%
Clinton: 24%
Johnson: 13%
McMullin: 9%
Castle: 2%
Stein: 0%
Other: 6%
Undecided: 7%
