Those two incidents were a nice reminder going into the offseason that BYU is super undisciplined and plays with a relatively low football IQ. It's not a new problem, but the Memphis game was a grand demonstration.

I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing how mature and disciplined BYU is - just parroted by various TV guys during games.

Um...no. Disciplined teams don't get the number of penalties, and in particular personal fouls, that BYU gets. Please don't call them more disciplined. They might be more disciplined when it comes to reading their scriptures and family prayer, or even attending their meetings or shaving. But they are not disciplined as a football team on the field.
