The best top of the class is BYU in regards to offers but the bottom of BYUs class is pretty weak (early commits really hurt in this category. Utah has a few guys (Payne, Cullen, Fehoko) with really solid offers but the majority of the teams the were competing with were mediocre mid-majors.

Utah and TCU went head to head way more than Utah and BYU. TCU actually dominated that matchup. However Utah and UTEP went head to head on almost every recruit and Utah killed UTEP. UTEP might have offered every kid in the state of Texas.
