Mangum got his 4th star and is now #10 on Scout. He's consensus 4-star and top 10 now (247 only has 6 QBs ranked, but Mangum's score would put him in the same range as the other sites).

Even though the information is obviously incorrect, the kid is legit. I watched him play 4 times last year as a soph and I was blown away when I saw him take his first snaps. You can also add a BYU offer to the other 4 that Scout lists him as having going into his Junior season and they are all legit. One of his coaches is a very close friend of mine.
