  • [QUOTE=TripletDaddy;280801]The bottom line is awesomeness and radness.

SC simply has more of both.

And on Wednesday, SC will also have Seantrel Henderson.

PS I wish there was a way that we could settle this SC/tOSU debate on the field! It is a shame that we will never know which school was better in recent years....

No doubt one of the worst spankings in recent years.. And the Buckeye state was in full suicide watch afterwards.. Much like the loses to LSU and Florida..

But I still have the "you lost to Oregon who lost to us this last year" smack..... With the added argument that Prior and this team had not fully met their potential when we played you...

That was a low blow DDD....

FYI: I have always hated him even when he played for us..

Fact: Who was the leading rusher for the national title game?? The QB and in fact he did a good amount of running for us throughout the season. He was the glue and the leader on the field.

Clarett has talent that went wasted by his ego the size of Ohio...
ok, sorry. I retract the comment.

Why don't we meet and have a nice shot of Grey Goose?

you could argue that statistically, Archie's second heisman year is one of the worst all time for someone at his position. His total yard was around 1350, which, again, isn't amazing by any stretch.

Bell was hurt by SC ending with 4 losses, despite his stats.

How many TDs did Max Hall score this past season? It had to be at least a couple, I would guess. He should have been a Heisman finalist.
Still the ONLY 2X Heisman winner ever! SUCK IT!

He didn't need to score TDs to validate his greatness.

Just admit that you're jealous that no USC player has ever been good enough to win the Heisman twice.

                • USC just lost a Punter to FSU!

                  Fresno State.

The Punter got no love from Kiff.

                    That was last week, btw.

But it is still curious. Why go to Fresno State?

He is from here in Bakersfield, so it has been a big news story. (We don't get a ton of #1 rated players at any position.)

The only things that I have heard that made sense:

                        1. He was part of the confused SC group of kids at the AA game. When it was announced as official with Kiff, he tried for a week to get in touch with the new coaching staff. No one would return his call. So, he figured he was no longer needed. He opens his search again.

                        2. His family is in agriculture. He is interested in agriculture and he has a better shot at a degree in that at FSU. That and Pat Hill was really excited to have him visit.

After a week of no contact he was finally called by SC and told that he still had a spot on the team if he wanted.

Monday he called and let them know he was going to sign with FSU. Apparently, according to him, they weren't so nice to him anymore.

Seems like a good kid though.

Not quite a KABOOM, but a nice pickup. It is always nice to nab talent out of Florida. Not an easy thing to do.
