I am guessing they give Zito at least that tonight if the first inning is any indication Rowand and Renteria both got out but hit the ball hard, then Pablo smashed a single. They are hitting the ball hard in inning 1 off of Wandy.

Because Bowker doesnt hit lefties well, and Torres is a a switch hitter. 3 double play balls, including getting 3 hits in one inning and not scoring a run, but the Giants still manage to put enough on the board to win the game.

Giants starters have gone 13 innings so far this year, allowed 5 hits, struck out 12, and have allowed 0 runs.

Once again DeRosa and Huff come up big.

That was earlier in the game, but it was great to see them tack on more runs after the Astros rallied. I'm amazed by Renteria, I was very anti before the season, so I take it all back. Rowand finally getting in a groove, I just fear when the next slump will be.
