First quarter PIP: Lakers 14, Jazz 6. I like that trend. Also, I don't think Memo has even bothered moving any closer than the 3-point line on offense.....or defense. Bynum should continue to have a nice night.

I've been to about 20 Lakers / Jazz games in Salt Lake. It's amazing how the crowd treats every one of these games like it's game 7 of the NBA Finals. Check that ... Jazz fans wouldn't know what a game 7 of the Finals feels like -- let's say they treat it like a game 6 before they get eliminated. The Lakers played this game like it was 1 game out of 82 while the Jazz talked all week about how this week would prove they could play with good teams. I saw all I needed to see when LA dumped it inside and scored layup after layup at will in the 2nd quarter. I would love to see Utah in the playoffs for the third straight year.Comment
