Kings Coach Malone basically said sweeping changes were coming to his lineup. I guess by sweeping he meant Patrick Patterson and Marcus Thornton going to the bench for Jason Thompson and Ben McLemore. Poor Jimmer. What a shitty team to be a part of.

Is that former Oklahoma St Cowboy James Anderson? Wow.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostPhilly continues to compete and move further away from the #1 overall, but it's interesting to see how they tend to have somebody else step up and play big, game to game. Tonight James Anderson goes for 36 on 12-16 and all Tony Wroten did, filling in for MCW and starting at point, was get a triple double.
Give that Philly coach COY already.

17 FTAs for Durant tonight. That brings his FTA/gm average to 13.7 on the young season. The most FTAs/gm that Michael Jordan ever had was 11.9. Jordan averaged 9 FTA/gm or more in just 4 of his 13 seasons. This year will be the 3rd time Durant has in just 7 seasons. It certainly pays off to be light enough that the slightest contact bumps you off course. It helps even more when you are a superstar and a seasoned flopper.
Just saw Shabazz got in another game tonight. That's four games played this year and a total of 2 points scored. I wonder who is the most disappointing rookie so far: #1 pick and fat as projected Anthony Bennett, #5 pick and a guy who doesn't look like he fits in with Phoenix's philosophy at all Alex Len, or Shabazz averaging 0.7 ppg who also has no assists, no steals, no blocks, and only has 5 rebounds on the year.Last edited by BGRTHNUMEGO; 11-13-2013, 10:32 PM.

Former Pop assistant Brett Brown, he picked up James because he knows the system.Originally posted by BGRTHNUMEGO View PostIs that former Oklahoma St Cowboy James Anderson? Wow.

Spurs lost Budenholzer and Brown in the offseason.
Budenholzer is 4-4 doing a nice job in Atlanta.
Brown is killing it in Philly, mainly because he has Brandon Davies

Apparently Wroten is the first player since they began officially tracking stats in 1970 to get a triple double in his first ever start. Not bad.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostPhilly continues to compete and move further away from the #1 overall, but it's interesting to see how they tend to have somebody else step up and play big, game to game. Good to hear that the next time that Andre Miller goes after Blake Griffin that he won't have to worry about teammates standing up to him. I think that the old man can take Griffin.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostMatt Barnes is a team player. After standing up for Griffin last night and getting ejected he sent out this tweet.

I agree this clip is always funny. Miller's reaction after getting suspended makes it even funnier.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostNever gets old. And I love how Miller just completely gets away with it.

“There was no consideration for what I’ve accomplished in this league,” Miller said. “(There is) favoritism towards the young players. I delivered a shot. And when I delivered it, I was hoping the ref would call a flagrant foul or a foul. They ignored what he did two times. Two times. And I let it pass. The referee didn’t say nothing.
“If I was a dirty player that was looking to go out and hurt somebody, then I could understand. ‘Oh, this guy has a reputation for taking out guys.’ Back in the day, players like John Stockton — who was a tough-minded player and, actually, some players thought he was dirty — never got suspended for anything. The league has changed. They make the rules, they favor the young guys now. And that’s how it is.”
“I was shocked,” Miller said, about being suspended. “It’s a bunch of (bull) anyway. Especially knowing that I’ve worked hard to get to this point.http://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/in...ndre_mill.html"I actually wanted to get him harder,'' Miller said afterward. "But he knew it was coming, because he got me good - actually a couple of times.''As I lead this army, make room for mistakes and depression
