With all the question marks about concussions and the general physical state of ex-NFL guys who played into their mid to late 30s, it makes sense to quit and live life. -

Sure that's all a part of the calculation, right? If he had a shot at a championship maybe he would stick around a couple years and take on the increasing risk to his long term health.
