I give the nod to Danny Green. Leonard seems to be getting all the credit for his defense on LeBron, but Green has been just as good, if not better, when he's guarded both LBJ and Wade. Green is the finals MVP if the series ended tonight, IMO.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostI think Kawhi Leonard was the most impressive tonight.I'm like LeBron James.

No clue. But that was an absolute blitz. The Spurs did what Miami did to them in Game 2 x2.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostBetter to lose a close one or get blown out?
Magic is right. Bron needs to get himself going on the road and then work to incorporate his teammates and not the other way around. Pop's defense has been awesome. Clog the lane. Force James to shoot jumpers. I am really surprised that Spoelstra isn't posting James up.
Legler is dumb. He's right there with Kerr when it comes to basketball analysis and commentary. Most of those threes were open shots. Those guys closing out were late and the ball was well off."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

Total annihilation. The funny thing is the Heat would have been better off if they Spurs kept the Big 3 on the floor and took Green and Neal out. How crazy is that? None of the Big 3 even had much of a particular impact on the beatdown tonight. Parker 6 points in 27 mins; Duncan 12 in almost 30; and Manu 7 in 23 mins. That you keep all those guys in check and still get routed is a scary proposition for Miami right now.Originally posted by Surfah View PostNo clue. But that was an absolute blitz. Postups and use him in the screener role more. That worked really well last game. Also, Bron shot the ball so well this year that I'm surprised he's showing so little confidence in it right now.Magic is right. I'm wondering how Game 2 plays into the psychology of Bron. After Game 1 he seemed absolutely committed to his plan of more Magic less Michael despite the outcome. In game 2 it pays off handsomely for him, and that probably gave him an incentive to stick to the plan. But as this goes on, I'm not sure they can with 4 games with him relying so heavily on distribution. So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Is LeBron just dead tired right now? His jumper hasn't looked this bad at any point this year.
Incredible stuff from Green and Neal tonight, on the heels of the ESPN piece about the importance of role players. Love seeing Green have great success in the NBA. He's been through a lot in his life. Easily one of my favorite Heels of all-time.
