The Kings are effing dumb. Why are they even dealing right now? They gave up on T Rob pretty quickly.

Is anybody a good fit in Sacramento?Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostI like the deal for Houston, Thomas Robinson has some serious ability but he was not a good fit in Sacramento with the rest of the chuckers. If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

Not even the Kings are a good fit in Sac-town.Originally posted by SoCalCoug View PostIs anybody a good fit in Sacramento?"I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

A Rondo type point guard is exactly what they need. Someone who can run the offense and set up their chuckers. They would improve a lot more if they had a decent coach.Originally posted by SoCalCoug View PostIs anybody a good fit in Sacramento?"Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

Yep a pass first point guard could help that team a lot.Originally posted by Surfah View PostA Rondo type point guard is exactly what they need. Someone who can run the offense and set up their chuckers. They would improve a lot more if they had a decent coach.
Tyreke Evans is a good nba player on another team.
Damarcus Cousins could be a 10 year all-star and future hall of famer with a coach he respected.
Isaiah Thomas is a fringe starting point guard but looks for his shot way to much. He actually has some ability but is better suited being the scorer of a 2nd unit. Tim Duncan averages more assists per game than IT.
Marcus Thornton is a chucker and black hole, zero redeeming qualities.
Chuck Hayes has a great basketball mind and a stellar passer for a big man, but is limited physicality. He is a better fit on a playoff team with guys that can make shots around him.
Jason Thompson was great at the end of last season but he too is lazy and need someone to get the most out of his talent.
Jimmer I am not sure what to say. He can shoot and rock and has proven he can play in the NBA. But I am starting to wonder if he can be a true pg or if he needs to play the combo guard. I am surprised at how well he can create his own shot and get to the rim against NBA guards (he does struggle to finish). He is actually a very good passer with a great basketball IQ but if the offense is not ran through him he does tend to stand around at times and looks disinterested.*Banned*

Hawks entered the 4th quarter leading Miami by 10 at home.
So far the Heat have outscored them 32-11 in the 4th. LeBron just 2 points but 7 assists in the quarter. With that late long 3 at OKC that stopped his 60% streak, and now looking like he won't extend his 30 pt game streak, it almost seems like he's doing it on purpose. "We're going to put this game away, and I'm not going to score to do it."
24 points, 10 assists, 5 boards, and 4 steals for LBJ so far, two minutes to go.

finished with 46Originally posted by BGRTHNUMEGO View PostWish I was watching OKC/Hou. Harden with 14 of his 44 points in the 4th and Hou has 3 pt lead late. Durant with a triple/double.
But it took Harden 19 shots to get his 46 points. weak. only had 8 rebs, 6 asts
he can play a little bit.I'm like LeBron James.

I visited the Kings' message board this morning and they are in full meltdown mode. It was pretty funny. They already had like 14 pages of rants.Originally posted by MarkGrace View Postha.
Patterson is a marginal improvement over James Johnson, another face up PF who can't rebound. Aldrich is taller than Chuck Hayes. But gives you far less. Toney Douglas fits the Sacramento Kings mold for PGs: undersized and shoots first at a crappy percentage.
Thomas Robinson can't shoot worth beans but he's super athletic, plays defense and rebounds. Something that the Kings need with their poor shooting chuckers and lazy defenders. The guy was a top 5 pick. I would not be surprised to see him blossom in Houston where he'll have real PGs set him up for easy buckets.
Honeycutt never got a chance which is unfortunate because I think he has some game.
Garcia is a spot up shooter. A very average one at that. So he is a throwaway player in this deal.
I still can't believe they made that deal. And I can't believe the new ownership group signed off on it. What the hell are they thinking? The only thing I can think of is that the Kings were trying to sabotage the finalization of the sale and the new group wasn't biting."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic
