Yeah, I'm pretty annoyed they added a quality player for once.

I would love if he slipped out of the first round.

I'd give up 30 and their two seconds if it meant that they could move up for either Gilbert or Dennard. I'm not as sold on Fuller, Verrett or Roby (and Roby just makes me nervous with the latest off-the field issues, something SF doesn't need more of right now). If you don't go corner, you have to go WR or depth along the line, anywhere on defense with Justin Smith getting up there in age, or offensive line at Center or Guard.

Yes, I'm excited to see how everything shakes out tonight.
I'm hoping Detroit gets either Gilbert or Dennard at the 10 spot. Mike Evans (WR from TAMU) to go opposite Megatron would be nice, too.

X goes first round. Late though.

I am still in shock at the Raiders doing something that makes sense. Though truthfully I was hoping they'd roll the dice with Manziel.

And just when I thought being a Raiders fan was bad, the Browns remind me it could be worse.

They won't get their pick in before Jerry Jones takes him.

Shit. Glad it's not Manzere and glad they went defense but I would have gone NT or CB

                    • Manziel is slipping big time. I'm really surprised Minny didn't pick him.

Jake Matthews and Sammy Watkins will make multiple pro bowls. The Raiders finally didn't eff up by picking Mack.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

                            Only for you.

                              • ESPN's coverage has been really choppy tonight. I've never understood why McShay is such a huge part of the pre-draft coverage and then is gone on draft night. Gruden isn't very good in this setting, and Ray Lewis is only slightly better. They're also trying to cram too many things in between each pick.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
