Almost literally. I mentioned in chat that he looked like a fighter after 10 rounds. Bloody chin, bruised shoulder, sore calf. He really took a beating over the last 2 months. Jimmer has been the greatest BYU athlete in any sport in my lifetime and I'm doubtful that he'll ever be surpassed. He was our champion.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”Comment
