AK playing at a high level tonight like he did last night. Makes a HUGE difference. He's been the X-Factor for the Jazz the last 5-years. Frustrating that he hasn't been able to be consistent.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostJazz shooting a higher percentage from the floor than free throw line.
Jazz also showing their biggest Achilles heel right now. Nobody who can hit that big outside shot at the end of the game.

Took my 7 year old to the Jazz/Pistons games last night. We sat of the 1st row behind the Jazz bench. Not as big a crowd of Jazz fans this year. Maybe last year they were just a bunch of Boozer's groupies.

The game was fun, until the end.

One of Mrs. D's friends (who I happen to find particularly annoying) just updated her blog about their anniversary celebration last week. They are upper-bowl season ticket holders, but her husband upgraded to 6th row behind the Jazz bench for last week's game against Golden State. He also was able to have the Bear deliver flowers and three Deron Williams jerseys (his, hers, and one for their toddler). I got a chuckle thinking of the coin he dropped on Deron Williams jerseys less than a week before he was traded.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

Should make an easy transition to the Jazz.
Read more: http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap...#ixzz1FHeijvo0Texas coach Rick Barnes implemented Utah’s flex offense over the offseason, and perhaps no one has been benefited more than Jordan Hamilton.
Hamilton is averaging team highs in points (18.7) and rebounds (7.6), but more important, he is scoring in more varied ways than ever before.
From ESPN via Synergy Sports Technology, 20.5 percent of his Hamilton’s shots come off of screens or post-up moves, a 15.4 percent bump over the year prior, and he has improved his points per possession on nearly every type of play.So Russell...what do you love about music? A bit more from KFC.1. High hopes
The Jazz were uncertain what Deron Williams was going to do when his player option came around at the end of the 2011-12 season. Plus, nobody is certain what the NBA's Collective Bargaining Agreement will look like, if there will be a lockout next year or if Utah would even get a chance to trade D-Will because of that. The fact that the Nets were willing to depart with a young player the Jazz absolutely loved prior to the 2010 Draft in Derrick Favors — along with Harris, two potentially great first-round picks and $3 million — and Utah management just couldn't pass up passing their two-time All-Star over to New Jersey.General manager Kevin O'Connor said Utah will have to work with Favors and be patient with the 19-year-old. But depending on the 6-10 Favors' development, this could turn out to be a very favorable trade for the Jazz.
"Hopefully, he becomes the player that we like a great deal. Hopefully he turns out to be a good player," O'Connor said. "You don't (see) kids that size with that athleticism."So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
