I guess the speculations that the UVU student has special needs explains some of the weirdness. It's mentioned in this KSL article.

    https://www.ksl.com/article/50467374...olleyball-team

I genuinely believe that the Duke player thought she experienced racial taunting, but i am increasingly confident that the behavior from the BYU fan and the ROC was not racial in nature. I've heard that the student section is notorious for getting under opposing player's skin. It was probably no different for her. Maybe she came in with preconceived notions that influenced her in the moment perceptions. It didn't have to become the spectacle it is.

      Some Advice

Do not hire any PR firm that has ever represented Baylor

      Fire your current PR firm

You cannot be polite. You need to be blunt and unified.
      This is a hoax

I understand your faith is to be tolerant and forgiving
But I don’t think you quite understand how dangerous it
Is to not vigorously defend yourself against this false charge.

You need to be accurate in your description of the individual
Who was falsely accused. If he has a disability, what is it, etc.
How Is he reacting to being falsely accused?

You also need to file a complaint for the
false Police report and then make it public.

Looking forward to my first trip to Provo and kicking your

Please me more accurate in your description of what you hope to accomplish on your first trip to Provo.

Attorneys of CS- especially the work less, make more kind

Does the guy who was identified as the “racist” and banned from BYU, have grounds for a lawsuit? To my untrained eye, it seems like he would. Possibly both for defamation and disability discrimination.

They never identified him. He approached a player, which is verboten. No basis.

When did you get your juris doctorate degree?

It's more of an honorary degree, really.

Exactly. This is the equivalent of resting a bum ankle after a mild sprain.

No. He has no right to be at a BYU volleyball game. As long as they don't exclude him on a restricted basis, i.e., sex, religion, nationality, etc. No defamation if they didn't publish who he is.

                            What's the disability rationale?
