How tall is Marty? TJ is shorter than Marty or at least he was when he left on his mission.

If I remember correctly he was around 6'2". I could be wrong it was a long time ago playing pickup in high school when I was a freshman and he was a senior.

Poor guy. Reminds me of the many times some player blows the chance for a win and the coach and teammates state if it hadn't been for him, they wouldn't have been in a position to win.

Clemson was ACC regular season champs that year and featured two 6-11 future NBA players in its starting lineup (Dale Davis and Eldon Campbell). BYU's starting center was 6-7. We had no business being one made shot away from winning that game. Based on talent on the floor there is no reason that Clemson team shouldn't have won by 40 points. Roger Reid said a lot of dumb things which eventually hurt recruiting and tanked the program 6 or 7 years later. But he could get more results out of less talent than just about any coach I've ever seen.

I'm not sure about that considering that much of that extra time was spent recovering from surgery and trying to get healthy, much less into basketball playing shape.

I thought he was out less than a year. But I usually don't pay much attention to missions. If he was out 23 months, strike my comment.

He was out for almost the entire time. He did come home after a few months but then went back out and finished.

They know that mika is heading to the u. They want to make their friend comfortable.

Wannabeaute (the poster who started the Mika rumor) has probably become the most successful internet sports troll in the history of the state of Utah. He even fooled some of the local Utah sports media. Maybe that's not that hard, I don't know.

I look forward to Mika having a great career and still hearing some Utah fans 30 years from now talk about how Mika was all set to transfer to the U but didn't because of some dirty trick BYU pulled to keep him.
