It's hilarious to say the Pac 12 is overrated like the MWC was last year. Last year the Pac 12 totally outplayed the MWC in the tournament after all the fawning over the MWC which I said was BS. The year the Pac 12 only got in one team, and its regular season champ didn't make it, the Pac 12 dominated the NIT, which Stanford won, after losing to a six win Utah team. Just compare recruits, NBA players, etc. between the MWC and the Pac 12.

The tournement is run by a bunch of puffy faced red state ADs who are bigoted against atheists and gays and in love with mid-major cutie pies like that fucking Gonzaga.

Actually I said the article was fucking dumb. It was the kind of topic reserved for a student paper or as someone here said, Bleacher Report. It's embarrassing that it came from the Tribune. It was poorly written and the argument was poorly executed. Please refute any of that.

that wasnt even the worse 3 taken in the game. Loveridge had a wide open airball that missed by about 5 feet. Then Cal followed up that with a wide open 21 footer than went 15 feet

Your first truth is actually right, your 2nd "truth" is nothing more than typical BYU sour grapes towards the Pac-12. The Pac-12 is very good this year. They are going to send a minimum 5 teams to the dance and will have 7 teams that are deserving. Compare that to the WCC which may be a 1 bid league and at most has 2 deserving teams.

I have been a Pac-10/Pac-12 basketball fan long before the Utes were included. I'm a west coaster and I support west coast basketball. My priority for rooting interests in college basketball have always been Utah first, Pac-10/Pac-12 second. You are right, I'm a conference cheerleader.

However, as much as I'm a cheerleader you are a hater of the Pac-10/Pac-12. I guess neither of us really can put out an objective opinion on this evaluation.

That was already pointed out. Why do you keep dissing Wrubell?

Because he deserves it. I have long considered how Utah and BYU react to their awful announcers as one of the great examples of how Utah and BYU fans are different. Wrubell is absolutely god awful. He is terrible. He has no redeemable qualities as an announcer. The same can be said of Bill Riley for the Utes. The difference, Utes acknowledge this but BYU fans think that Wrubell actually is good at his job.

The exact same thing happened when Paul James and Bill Marcroft were the respective voices of BYU and Utah.
