Someone mentioned this in another thread but I can't remember where: it looks like the Women's semifinal games are on a Sunday. So if BYU somehow mad it, they forfeit? That would be wierd.

It would be the biggest upset, perhaps in the history of college basketball - men's or women's. Having said that, I guess anything is possible. But it this case, not really. I doubt they have a plan B.Originally posted by Omaha 680 View PostSomeone mentioned this in another thread but I can't remember where: it looks like the Women's semifinal games are on a Sunday. I agree. I don't mind a challenge approach but these automatic reviews and refs discretion reviews are terrible. They completely disrupt the flow of the game. They give teams without any timeouts a timeout. And they still don't always get the call right.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostI loathe all forms of replay, the fake idea of "getting it right" is laughable at best. Very important to get it right, except all the things you can't review."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

I have never cleaned up in a bracket challenge like this. I called the West bracket perfectly except for one game (the North Dakota upset). Two of my final four are already in, two are playing (and favored) tomorrow. Usually I end up at the bottom of these things so it's nice to have one year when I get lucky.Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

What a great weekend of games. I have missed more games this year than most but I managed to watch both the AZ/Wiscy game and the KY/Mich games. Should be a great Final Four.I'm your huckleberry.

Makes me feel a lot better about taking the shockers to the final four. I filled out two brackets, one with Wisconsin and the other with Florida winning. I'll be a winner in at least one pool.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostKentucky's last three games have all been excellent.sigpic

The charging call on Arizona might have cost me $700. I was leading the pool. When is that ever called with 10 seconds to go? I also agree with the color commentator who said if anything the Wisconsin player initiated the contact first.
I would like a Congressional investigation to see if the guy is a democrat and therefore favored Wisconsin over Arizona.

Yep. There were people who thought both Michigan and Louisville, in addition to Wichita, could have been #1 seeds - and Kentucky beat all three. They've been close and could have gone either way, but for a team that has had an up and down season and has been heavily scrutinized the entire way, it's pretty impressive.Originally posted by cowboy View PostMakes me feel a lot better about taking the shockers to the final four.
