I am scratching my head over this quote from Boylen:

in the context of his interview, I think he was implying that he didnt want to give away any of his defensive game plan for Jimmer, lest BYU pick up on it and counter it at the MC game.

Based on last night's performance, I wonder if Boylen also forgot to mention his defensive game plan to his own team.

I'd have to say that during this season my primary motivation for still coming to games has been Cowboy Corndogs. They have a better winning streak than the team.

I thought for sure the game was going to get chippy in the final five minutes as Jackson kept raining down 3s on a Ute team already down 20+ and after Rose substituted Jimmer back in the game. I suppose it becomes difficult to develop a real sense of cohesiveness and pride when you shuffle JC kids in and out of the program each year--they don't seem to have the same level of emotional investment in the team. I would hope if BYU were getting the woodshed treatment at home to its rival, Magnussen or Zylstra would knock somebody on his ass.
