He's everything Jimmer was at this age and stage and more. BYU fans have the spin game down. Ute fans don't understand how ruthless and bottom line they are. Ute fans are too naive and honest.

Henderson is much better than this joker:

How in the world does he get so many minutes?

Snow College would probably give Air Force a run for their money.

Nice second half for Henderson 1-4 from behind the arc.

              >50% for the game from 2 & 3 and 100% (6-6) from the line (seems he was creating shots). I doubt Freddie Mac ever had 22 points as a freshman, even against the girls' teams that BYU was playing.

With 22 points, he tied his previous career high.

With four 3-pointers today, Henderson has tied Shaun Green for a school record for freshmen at 43 makes from beyond the arc.

Get back to us when Henderson goes for 49 against anyone. As a matter of fact, I was at the last game a Ute scored 49 points. That was Jerry Chambers against BYU in 1966. Utah lost that game 115-100 BTW.

You have got to admit that even against competition that is not great that is a good game considering Henderson really isn't even good enough to get a JC offer.

22 points, 6/11 from the field, 4/8 from 3 point, 6/6 from the line in 17 minutes. Not good for a player who isn't even good enough for JC ball even considering the competition.

I haven't had a chance to see Utah play much, so I have no idea how good he is, but I would think that comparing him favorably to a guy who has a good shot of being a two-time conference player of the year does not really do him any favors.

BUt that Ute team was in the Final Four and Jerry Chambers wound up FF MVP.

That's true. Same year that Texas Western won it all. BYU beat Utah in both of their regular season games and won the NIT - which had pretty much the same cachet as the NCAA at the time. BYU had Congdon, Nemelka, Raymond and Eakins that year. Utah had Chambers and four other guys. Chambers was the real deal, but he couldn't beat BYU on his own.

19 against Hartford in his 4th college game on 6/7 shooting 4/5 3s, also 4 steals in 19 minutes.

But you are right nothing close to 22, and not against a team the caliber of Air Force. I imagine this Marshall kid will probably average 50 a game by his junior year, if he hasn't left for the NBA by then.
