No. Listen to what was said in the video. There is no expressed hope or desire that it happens, just posing a hypo in an attempt to score points from the listeners (basically saying, "these terrible things happen to others, if it happened to her and she was forced to decide, she would feel differently"). Would she feel differently? I don't know. I taught a lady on my mission in Minnesota who was in that situation, and she chose to keep the baby.
