It's clear to me, in the age of cheap global travel, that the USA needs a few quarantine sites around the country that could deal with potentially thousands of infected citizens who need to come home from abroad, but who might pose a danger to others.

I was helping a guy in our ward move stuff to his garage in preparation for a move. He had at least 15 of those large Charmin toilet paper packages you buy at Costco. I told him there's a fine between being prepared and being a hoarder.
