  • His suit looks two sizes too big in the shoulders. But hey-- that look is coming back! Mitt is ahead of the curve like usual.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

    • This is getting a lot of play on Twitter. Wonder what he said.

      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

                • Ouch! Implied racism and a reference to Romney's mormonism to boot!

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

                  • I'll be the bad guy here. I don't think Mitt Romney should have had this confrontation. It's beneath him and comes across as an uppity schoolmarm and a bit petty.

Santos is an utter embarrassment, not only to the GOP but to the country as a whole. Chances are he gets indicted and is forced out of Congress despite what the GOP wants. It just wasn't necessary.

I tend to agree, I don't think it was necessary.

But I did really like to see it.

He didn't go out of his way. Santos was right there next to where Mitt and everyone was coming in.

Good for Mitt for calling the guy out. What other republican politicians have had the guts to say he shouldn't be in congress so forcefully?

I don't think Romney sought this out. He saw Santos front and center and couldn't believe the gall. He couldn't help but think that Santos ought to be ashamed of himself and resign. So then Romney couldn't help but tell him her it what he was thinking.

Don't we want more self-policing within the political parties? Especially when it's a pants dress-on-fire liar like Santos.

The notion that Santos deserves any kind of dignity is funny.

                              • Mitt looks like a scold and instead of just ignoring the idiot, now he has fueled the MAGA fire. Mitt didn't gain anything by this, but Santis did.
