I mean Trump Jr. just oozes smarminess. I'm not sure I'd want to attend his wedding either.

To be fair, he has known him for a long time.

If you're wondering about what, exactly the charges were against any particular treasonous J6 asshole... you can't find them on the DOJ website anymore. They are proudly removing the press releases of their arrests and convictions.

You sort of have to admire his consistent assholery. At least everyone knows who he is:

The $1.776 (how clever!) Billion Anti-Weaponization Fund may be the most corrupt and unethical thing Trump has tried yet, although there’s a lot to choose from. The Fund would be a fun final exam question for a class on ethics and professional responsibility, and it’s obvious Todd Blanche would flunk it. Consider the following:

Blanche was Trump’s personal attorney for the porn star hush fund and documents retention cases (losing the former and ending the second after Trump’s Justice Department dismissed it). Despite Blanche’s poor performance, Trump made him the acting AG, so Blanche owes his career to him. Trump sues the IRS for $10 Billion because of a leak made by a non-IRS employee during Trump’s first reign. The leak released documents that would have been made public voluntarily by any of the previous eight presidents, and caused Trump no damage, but still, he thinks he deserves $10 Billion. And who defends the IRS, and indirectly the American taxpayers, against Trump’s absurd claim that would have had a nearly zero likelihood of success? Trump’s personal attorney, a conflict of interest that would make any mobster blush with embarrassment. And Blanche settles the case quickly, giving his benefactor the patriotic sum of $1.776 Billion, to be disbursed by Trump minions for the benefit of other Trump minions. And for good measure, as further payback to Trump, Blanche needlessly waives any claims the IRS has ever had, or may have, against Trump, his family, affiliates, friends, caddies, concubines, etc. Jaw-dropping.

Not only should this be thrown out, Blanche should be disbarred for overwhelming ethical violations and conflicts of interest. One wonders if Brooklyn Law Night School didn't include courses on ethics and professional responsibility, or perhaps Todd was snoozing, Trump’s attempts at grift and corruption are accelerating and expanding. This is both fascinating and depressing.

i know a few here voted for Trump, though most if not all of them were holding their noses. But I'm confident none of them approve the Anti-Weaponization Fund. If i'm wrong, I hope they'll admit it and defend themselves. I'm always open to the idea I'm missing something.

Shouldn't you be off making anti-Jaxson Dart posts on Blue Sky?

Are there any fans of Trump on this board? Maybe Shaka? Dabrockster doesn’t really seem to like Trump. Are there others?
