Also, can we stop the bullshit about her vehicle being a deadly weapon in this case? Even if he was hit (still no clear evidence he was), the car was barely in motion. He would have been knocked down to the ground with a broken bone, tops. That would have been a nice assault case they could have won easily in court.
He was not in mortal danger. And the only danger he was in was entirely of his own doing. He's reckless, and his previous injury from a vehicle further cements that. He was trying to taser someone while a vehicle was in motion.
I can understand why the video won't change people's minds but (perhaps confirming my own bias) it appears she was steering away (not aiming at him) and that he's shooting at her as she's driving off. He never should have pulled the trigger. Even if the car was coming right at him, killing the driver of a car coming at you that is literally two feet away is not going to protect you--it can only endanger others. The shooting made a bad situation much much worse--can anyone disagree with that? Well, other than Noem and Vance....

I will gladly bask in this light of pure truth with you PAC.

It's clear that the victim and her spouse did not take the situation seriously. The wife told the victim to drive away. I also don't think the the officer who shot had a clear line of site on which way the tires were directed. There are a few other videos floating around social media of progressive white women in Minnesota actively obstructing ICE/Border Security officers. They also don't seem to be taking the possible threat seriously. It's a deadly misjudgement.
All that being said, the administration has unleashed a reckless and clearly under trained group of men with authority to use lethal force. They appear to have internalized the politically cruel and vindictive philosophy of the administration. The way ICE and other immigration enforcement teams are operating are counterproductive to keeping the peace and achieving their ultimate goals.
While supposedly getting hit by her vehicle, we was able to continue filming with his phone in one hand, while drawing and firing his weapon with his other. After the shooting, he called her an “f***ing B*tch”, walked away anpparently uninjured (not even a limp), while his ICE compatriots refused to allow medical personnel to help. Then fled the scene. So many Federal Law Enforcemrnt policies violated.

The threat that they would be murdered by the US government? Does any protester honestly think that there is a risk they will be shot by federal agents for protesting?

I don't know whether it's his body camera or his phone. It's possible that the video was released by the government.
ICE largely doesn't wear body cams, despite an agency policy that they do so. I guess they don't have the funding (or don't want to spend it on body cams). This agent was not wearing one.

By the results of this incident, I think it's probably wise to assume that there is that threat.

Ha, 10% rate on unsecured debt. What could go wrong....
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
Wait, I thought "Affordability" [said in a ridiculously accentuated manner] is a Democrat hoax? EVERYTHING IS INCREDIBLY AFFORDABLE RIGHT NOW! RECORD LEVELS OF AFFORDABILITY! AFFORDABILITY LIKE THE WORLD HAS NEVER SEEN!
