The Dems keep providing all this great material for him. What a bunch of dumbasses.

No it won't. Stupid argument by Trump and his minions.
You're not considering the audience.

Who, Trump supporters. Yes I am. Won't make a difference. And still a stupid argument. I am sure there are multiple paper copies of that dumbo speech sitting around the White House. God forbid any of those copies should be discarded because that would be like throwing away those powerful American stories.
Stupid argument.
Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

That guy was never supporting anyone buy Trump in the first place.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.
Dig your own grave, and save!

Trump’s a fascist, in a broad sense of the word. He is only constrained by our checks and balances which as the Senate has shown are increasingly frayed. It’s a double-edged sword he is so incompetent. It’s hampers his effectiveness as an authoritarian but also means his paranoid thinking and sensitive ego contribute to instability.
Trump’s alliance with goonish political Christians (is not genuine adherents to beautiful New Testament teachings) remind me of this quote from Sinclair Lewis:
"When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross."

Lol, sadly and unironicly that is the thought process of 1 or 2 people on here.
Why do you keep doing this? Even though I disagree with you on most policy matters, I can respect your opinions when you present a well-defended case. Not that my opinion matters, but I lose respect for you every time call people out for supporting someone you dislike. I get that you think Trump is a threat to our republic - maybe he is - but have you ever considered that you may be wrong? Or maybe you're right, but does that automatically mean that everyone who votes for Trump is a racist/fascist as you frequently imply?
The real irony is that you are hypersensitive about being judged for your left-leaning positions, but you are the harshest judge of people who disagree with you in this thread. And this, despite the fact that virtually everyone who has participated here acknowledges that Trump is nowhere close to a great, or even good president. Adding to the irony, it's your distinct brand of hubris that helped get the guy elected in the first place. Labeling people deplorable for their political opinion isn't exactly the best way to win win them over.
The fact is, intelligent, non-racist, non-fascist/communist people will vote for Trump, and people with the same good qualities will vote for whomever the Democrats choose to run against him. I'll not waste time making the case because you won't believe it anyway, but there's a pretty compelling argument that the single biggest threat to our republic is a tepid economy that plunges us into bankruptcy. If that is true, then a Democrat in the White House is much more dangerous than Trump.
Your MO is to reply by calling me a closet Trump apologist, so knock yourself out. I'm not voting for the guy. Still, this thread would be much more interesting if people discussed Trump and policy rather than taking shots at each other. And yes - I fully recognize my hypocrisy with that sentence. <end rant>
