I don't understand why the whistleblower's identity matters. Let's assume he/she is a partisan hack intent on destroying Trump. Isn't the only real issue whether Trump (directly or indirectly) abused the powers of his office? What is the probative value of the whistleblower's identity in resolving that issue?Comment
